01 General Terms & Nature of Agreement

By using the 21 Wind (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") website and related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

21 Wind is an international online Sports Betting and casino platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali so all users can understand them easily. However, in the event of any dispute, the English version shall apply.

This agreement takes effect when you: (1) click the "I Agree" checkbox on the registration form, (2) complete account creation, or (3) make any financial transaction on the platform.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account with 21 Wind:

• Must be at least 18 years years of age or older. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and all associated transactions will be voided.

03 Deposit & Payment Policy

21 Wind supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply for deposits:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Maximum Deposit: Up to ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT) per day.
• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking.
• Deposits are usually Instant is credited. Banking issues may take up to 30 minutes.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

04 Withdrawal Policy & Process

Withdrawing your winnings from 21 Wind is simple and transparent. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Maximum Withdrawal: Up to ৳2,00,000 (two hundred thousand BDT) per day.
• Withdrawals are usually Within 12–24 hours processed.
• Withdrawals are processed faster on verified (KYC-complete) accounts.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.

Reasons for Withdrawal Delays

Withdrawals may be delayed in certain cases — such as additional security verification, pending KYC documents, suspicious activity, or banking holidays. In such situations, our support team will proactively keep you informed.

05 Betting Rules & Conditions

The following rules apply when placing bets on 21 Wind:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it Non-modifiable & Non-cancellable, unless offered by 21 Wind directly.
• You can place bets both before a match starts and during live play. Odds change rapidly in Live Betting.
• 21 Wind reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error or data feed fault.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet stake will be refunded.
• Data from international sports data providers is considered final for the purpose of settling results.

06 Bonus & Promotions Policy

The following terms must be followed when using 21 Wind's bonus and promotion offers:

• Each bonus offer has Specific Terms & Wagering Requirements which is clearly stated on the offers page.
• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• If bonus abuse is proven — including arbitrage betting or use of multiple accounts — the bonus will be forfeited and the account will be closed.
• 21 Wind reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

07 KYC & Identity Verification Process

To comply with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, 21 Wind is required to verify user identities. The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Selfie — taken while holding your ID.
• Proof of address (bank statement or utility bill — issued within the last 3 months).
• Screenshot of the payment method used.

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if KYC is not completed. Uploaded documents are usually Within 24–48 hours verified. Your documents are stored securely and are never shared with third parties.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 21 Wind and will result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Multiple Accounts: No individual may hold more than one account.
• Bots & Automation: Using bots, scripts, or automated software for betting or any other purpose is strictly prohibited.
• Arbitrage Betting: Betting across multiple accounts or identities to guarantee profit is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illegal funds is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
• Third-party transactions: Depositing into someone else's account or conducting transactions on their behalf is prohibited.
• System Hacking: Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities for personal gain is strictly prohibited.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

21 Wind takes your personal information very seriously. Data collected during registration is used solely for the following purposes:

• Account management and identity verification.
• Payment processing and financial transactions.
• Customer Service & Support.
• Promotional offers (if you have given your consent).
• Meeting legal obligations.

10 Responsible Betting Policy

11 Account Closure & Suspension

• Operating multiple accounts.
• At your own request (self-exclusion).

If an account is closed, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned after the investigation is complete. In cases of serious violations, the entire balance may be forfeited.
